Chief Operation Officer is to prepare the branch operation plan in line with the MAXIMA business plan, ensure the success of operations and strategic plan of MAXIMA by supporting and monitoring the implementation of operational manual while ensuring good quality of financial service and good quality of loan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning of operational activities in all channels
a. Set the strategic plan both qualitatively and quantitatively
b. Monitor the situation of the execution
2. Branch business management
a. Set the plan, and define the necessary action plan
b. Develop and manage the core policy and manuals
c. Monitor the situation
d. Manage the team
3. Commission worker network management
a. Set the plan, and define the necessary action plan
b. Develop and manage the core policy and manuals
c. Monitor the situation

4. Online channel management
a. Set the plan, and define the necessary action plan
b. Develop and manage the core policy and manuals
c. Monitor the situation
d. Manage the team
5. Product, marketing, omni-channel management
a. Connect the all the existing channels and realize the omni channel concept
b. Develop and maintain the products based on the solid understanding of the economics
c. Develop and manage the effective promotional activities with channel, product.
d. Plan and develop the new business considering the existing channel and product portfolio.
6. Credit approval and recovery protocol management
a. Develop and manage credit approval and delinquent management logic, criteria, and process.
b. Develop and manage relevant policy and manuals
c. Analyze the portfolio quality and take measures to improve the quality
7. Social performance management
a. Maintain the company’s activity to be aligned with its social goal, mission and vision
b. Maintain and improve the company’s social impact by supporting all the relevant departments, and maintaining the necessary certifications
8. Team management and capacity building of relevant department
a. Provide training, capacity building of the relevant members collaborating with HR team
b. Guide the team members to develop their capabilities to achieve their career goal.
9. Analyses and Reporting
a. Relevant analyses to understand, improve, or solve issues of the operational activities
b. Develop and report necessary data for both internal and external purposes.
